This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on TubeIQ AI. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. General Policy — No Refunds

All sales on TubeIQ AI are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Subscription plans (monthly or annual).
• Credit packs or top-up purchases.
• Partially used subscription periods.
• Unused credits remaining in your account at the time of cancellation or termination.
• Accidental purchases.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs.

3. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

TubeIQ AI provides access to AI processing, video generation, and cloud infrastructure — all of which are consumed instantly upon use. Because these are digital services that cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is completed.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of the billing period, and unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Please reach out to us at tubeiq.ai@gmail.com before raising a dispute.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
