1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TubeIQ AI ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TubeIQ AI is an AI-powered content studio for YouTube creators. The Service includes:

  • AI Clipping: Automated extraction of highlights and short clips from long-form YouTube videos.
  • Short Video Generator: AI-assisted creation of short-form videos.
  • Long Video Cinema Studio: Tools for editing, captioning, and enhancing long-form video content.
  • Caption Generation: AI-generated captions in multiple styles.
  • Credit-Based System: Access to features via a credit/token economy.

Features are subject to change at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at tubeiq.ai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

TubeIQ AI operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Credit costs per feature are displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party, including YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • Upload, process, or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers beyond the Service's intended use.
  • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security features.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written consent.
  • Misuse AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

All software, algorithms, UI/UX designs, branding, and content comprising TubeIQ AI are the exclusive intellectual property of TubeIQ AI. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely to deliver the Service to you.

6.3 AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs (clips, captions, titles, etc.) are provided for your use. We make no warranties regarding copyright ownership of AI outputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and YouTube's policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, Google, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Supabase, Razorpay, PostHog, and AI providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third parties.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes, or that the Service will always be compatible with YouTube's platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TubeIQ AI, its team, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting tubeiq.ai@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TubeIQ AI.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
